Our Team

Mark Raponi
Mark has lived in Seminole County since 1979. He founded Resource Realty Services, Inc. in 2002 after a successful career with Arvida Realty and Coldwell Banker. His knowledge of the area coupled with his commitment to excellence and service have given clients the results and confidence that have distinguished Mark among his peers in Central Florida. Previously, Mark
spent 5 years with the Traveler’s Group and Citi Financial, serving as a manager in the Loan & Finance division at their Gainesville and Orlando offices. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College where he majored in Marketing Management. Mark is happily married and has a son, age 3.

Frank Scheraldi
Originally from Massapequa, NY, Frank has lived in Florida for nine years. After a long and visible career as the sales leader for an Internet provider, Frank brought his skills and dedication
to the real estate profession. Frank is proud that his clients refer to him as “The Family Realtor,” because of how he cares for his clients’ interests and needs like a close relative. Recently married, Frank knows very well the facts about changing and growing family needs. He graduated from Dowling College in Oakdale, Long Island where
he received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in music.

Jann Schmitt
Our latest associate, Jan Schmitt was born,
raised and educated in her hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania. Since moving to Central Florida three decades ago, her time has been spent raising two children, entering the work force with a commercial construction company and leaving ten years later as an administrative Vice President. Upon the sale of that company, a transition from constructing properties to selling properties seemed to be a natural progression. Jann has held her real estate license for the past 16 years and has helped hundreds of families call Central Florida home.

Oliver Pechacek
Oliver brings with him talents and skills he developed while working as an Investment Banking Consultant for TRIGUS Consulting. Prior to, he was an Investment Advisor with Charles Schwab & Co. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College where he majored in International Business Management. In addition, he earned a Professional Certificate from the University of Central Florida in Financial Planning.
